por | 17 agosto, 2016

Did you run the commands on the blade or the CMM?
Please perform the commands as follows on the Blades SP.

1. from the SP of Blade#
-> start /SP/faultmgmt/shell

faultmgmtsp> fmadm faulty ( will list the faults )
faultmgmtsp> fmadm repair 86398567-631a-6e87-a44e-a3e20510 <---- this is the UUID from the data we have faultmgmtsp> fmadm faulty ( clear any other UUID’s that appear )
faultmgmtsp> exit

2. Once back to the Blade# SP
-> show faulty ( if ts again shows any items faulted then use » set clear_fault_action=true » ) equals the name of the device .
-> set /SYS clear_fault_action=true
-> set /SYS/MB clear_fault_action=true

Once it has been completed please power cycle the Blade#8 or re-seat the Blade.
So that it runs POST , which should not provide any further issue’s. If it does please
gather a new Snapshot for review.

Please capture the console output so that we can see what is happening when the commands
are executed.

Please let me know if there are any questions or concerns.
